I did this to stave emotional outburst of displeasure in the workplace. Not just emotional outburst but complaining and well I will admit I like to use the bitch or bitchien. The dream was to do each and every day. A delicate ramble to the openning and closing of synapse electric-centric-cal of what occurs usually at the moment of doing, which is a an group inter-related group of thoughts and images whose comonality is that I have seen ,read ,or thought of them, I guess I could have heard them too. It has been theraputic.
